Janice Troiano Leads EXIT Realty East Coast’s 8th Annual Food & Hygiene Drive in Support of Lunch Break

Giving back to the community has long been a core value at EXIT Realty East Coast, and this year’s 8th Annual Food & Hygiene Drive was a powerful reflection of that commitment—thanks in large part to the leadership of Janice Troiano, who spearheaded the initiative.

Under Janice’s direction, the annual drive benefited Lunch Break, a Red Bank–based nonprofit dedicated to supporting individuals and families in need throughout Monmouth County and beyond. With the generous support of EXIT Realty East Coast agents, clients, friends, and members of the local community, nearly 1,000 pounds of food and essential hygiene items were collected.

Donations were gathered throughout the fall at EXIT Realty East Coast’s Holmdel office, located at 57 E. Main Street, and included non-perishable food items as well as everyday necessities such as toiletries, toothbrushes, laundry detergent, baby diapers, and other household essentials.

“I want to sincerely thank everyone who donated and supported this year’s food drive,” said Janice Troiano. “Your kindness and generosity truly make a difference for so many families in our community, and I’m incredibly grateful for the outpouring of support for Lunch Break.”

Robert Shirvanian, Broker of Record of EXIT Realty East Coast, also expressed appreciation for the collective effort:
